Ms. Choi focuses her practice in corporate law and finance.  She has participated in advising and structuring acquisition of companies and assets in various industries including, renewable energy assets, real estate, automobile, hospitality, heavy industries, lumber, and financial.

Boyoon is fluent in Korean.

Dr. Mudit Kakar focuses his practice on intellectual property rights. His experience includes work in intellectual property litigation, particularly patent litigation, technology transactions and licensing. He represents clients in software, technology, medical device, pharmaceuticals and life science industries.

Mudit is fluent in Hindi.

Mr. Georvasilis focuses his practice on IRS Tax Controversy.  He has over ten years of experience and has successfully resolved hundreds of tax matters before the IRS. His clients include both individual taxpayers, and small businesses across the country.

Kevin focuses his practice on patent prosecution, IP licensing and technology-related contracts. He started his legal career as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and spent over two decades as in-house counsel at IBM where he worked on a range of IP matters involving high technology. Kevin is registered to practice at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office, assisting clients on both sides of the Atlantic.

Lori is an Of Counsel attorney at Choi Capital Law PLLC, where her practice focuses on strategic patent counseling to help technology and biotechnology companies develop, manage, protect and monetize their patent portfolios. A registered patent attorney, Lori’s strategic patent counseling includes assessing patentability and freedom to operate, filing and prosecuting patent applications, and drafting and negotiating patent license agreements.

Dr. Han is a patent prosecutor with expertise in life sciences. He assists clients in strategic development of their patent portfolios by applying and prosecuting patents at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His clients routinely consult with him on intellectual property portfolio management and enforcement, including patent evaluation and infringement analysis. His practice also includes trademark acquisition, including opposition proceedings.

Dennis is an Of Counsel attorney at Choi Capital Law PLLC, where his practice focuses on employment and regulatory compliance matters for small and medium size enterprises. As a corporate generalist he has helped clients build scalable infrastructure to assure compliance with regulatory requirements and their ultimate success.
