Mr. Fitzpatrick is a corporate generalist with extensive employment and regulatory compliance experience for small and medium size enterprises. Mr. Fitzpatrick’s practice is focused on human resources development and employee matters. He excels at identifying and addressing corporate risk related to employment and regulatory issues by crafting and implemented HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal and state regulations.

He attended Golden Gate University, School of Law where he earned an MBA with a focus on corporate formation and development. Prior to practicing law, Dennis enjoyed a successful career in the sales and marketing of communication services and products to the financial community.

Dennis formally served as a Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Francisco and is proud of his ongoing 37-year relationship with his ‘Little’.
